How it works

Make a balloon garland on ribbon: twist latex balloons into colour-block clusters, thread and wrap them along the ribbon, then add mini balloons and foil pieces. Hang across a wall or doorway for instant party impact.

  1. Inflate 12-inch balloons, pair same colours, and twist into clusters.
  2. Thread the ribbon through each cluster joint and wrap tightly.
  3. Keep adding clusters with no big gaps, then hang the garland.
  4. Add 5-inch balloon triples with glue dots.
  5. Finish with foil numbers or theme balloons.
