How it works
Make a balloon garland on ribbon: twist latex balloons into colour-block clusters, thread and wrap them along the ribbon, then add mini balloons and foil pieces. Hang across a wall or doorway for instant party impact.
- Inflate 12-inch balloons, pair same colours, and twist into clusters.
- Thread the ribbon through each cluster joint and wrap tightly.
- Keep adding clusters with no big gaps, then hang the garland.
- Add 5-inch balloon triples with glue dots.
- Finish with foil numbers or theme balloons.
