How it works

Make a mermaid-tail balloon bouquet: build a sturdy latex base, tilt it, then attach the mermaid tail and sea accents with glue dots. A beautiful air-filled centrepiece for under-the-sea parties.

  1. Inflate latex balloons into three clusters and wrap with ribbon for the base.
  2. Turn the base on its side as shown in the full guide.
  3. Inflate the mermaid tail and accent foil balloons slightly soft.
  4. Glue the tail and decorations onto the base.
  5. Stand or lean the finished bouquet for display.

Pack includes: 12-pack 12" latex balloon in mixed pastel blue and purple colours. 8-pack 5" white balloons. 1-pack 40" purple number balloon. 1-pack 22" princess Ariel balloon, 2-pack small shell balloon, 1-pack transparent stick balloon(for making bubble necklace), stickers, balloon glue dots, ribbon and straw.
All latex balloons are bio-degradable, foil balloons are recyclable.
