Sold as a flat pack, DIY your fun birthday balloon bouquet with fish and sea weed balloons. No helium needed. 4 styles to choose.
About 1m height, these balloon bouquet come with 8pcs mixed 12inch blue&teal balloons, 4pcs green stick balloons and 1pc fish balloons.
Balloon pump is needed for blowing up stick balloons.
How it works
Build an under-the-sea balloon sculpture: create a tall latex base, then attach ocean-themed foil balloons (and octopus legs if included). Air inflation only — ideal for mermaid and sea-world parties.
- Inflate large and small latex balloons into matching clusters.
- Layer them on the ribbon, rotating and wrapping for a sturdy tower.
- Inflate sea-themed foil balloons, keeping them slightly soft.
- Glue characters and accents onto the base.
- Follow the octopus section if your kit includes tentacles, then display.

1. Blow up 8PCs 5inch balloons to similar sizes, suggest 10-12cm. (place a ruler or measuring tape or an object next to the balloon when blowing)
2. Tie 2 of them together to make 4 pairs.
3. Pick 2 pairs, stack them on top of each other like a shape of cross, twist the joint to join them together to make one set, then level them. (Don't worry if they move, as long as they join together)
4. Repeat step 3, make two sets.
5. Open the ribbon, place it on the table, then place first set from step 4 on top of the ribbon.
6. Place the second set on top of the first set (rotate 45 degrees), pull the ribbon around the balloon gaps up and down several times to tie them together until the base is stable.
7. Blow up the number or letter or bubble balloon, if you have name sticker or other decorations stick them on.
8. Place the balloon on top of the base, find the best position then stick it onto the base by using glue dots, you may need several glue dots on the front and back to make it balanced.
Stick other decorations onto the base to finish.
