How it works
Make a mini balloon cake topper in minutes: inflate six small balloons, twist them into a cluster, then insert the straw so it sits proudly on your cake. No helium — just air and a few glue dots if needed.
- Inflate six 5-inch balloons.
- Tie them into three pairs.
- Twist the pairs into one neat cluster.
- Slide the straw into the centre joint (glue if needed).
- Place the topper on your cake.

3. Pick 2 pairs, stack them on top of each other like a shape of cross, twist the joint to join them together, use same way to join the third pair in.
4. Once 3 sets joined together, tidy them to a nice shape, place the straw into the middle of the balloon set, near the joint, balloon and straw should hold together, if necessary, glue them together by using glue dots.
