Turn the tissue sheets into a paper tassel garland: fold, cut fringe, roll each tassel, then string them onto ribbon or twine. A quick, mess-free craft for party walls and dessert tables.
- Fold each tissue sheet and cut fringe, leaving the top uncut.
- Roll or twist the top to form a tassel head.
- Secure and loop onto your ribbon or string.
- Space tassels evenly along the length.
- Hang and fluff the fringe for a full look.
